Quest Academy is a different kind of public school.  An independant community school chartered and certified by the Ohio Board of Education; Quest Academy was established in 2000 to provide innovative options for educating children.  Quest Academy does not charge tuition. Our teachers are fully certified.  Our new 16,000 square foot education center, leased from the Philippian Missionary Baptist Church on Eighth Street in Lima, features modern classrooms, computer science, Spanish instruction, art, music, and physical education in a state-of-the-art gymnasium.

We believe parents are children's first and most important teachers.  Quest Academy moms and dads are involved in the school every day, assisting teachers, monitoring progress and being a positive example for our students.

Admission is Free

Quest Academy is funded by the State of Ohio, just like all other public schools.  Breakfast and lunch are also available at a reduced price or no charge for qualifying students.

We provide our students with homework assistance, snacks and recreational activities during our after school program.
